On July 11, 2025, Ekon Financial Services Group proudly hosted another successful seminar, "RRSP & TFSA: Tax Planning and Investment Strategies for the Wise." This second event in the series was presented by the group's founder, Hongjiu (Steven) Kou, alongside licensed insurance advisor Jenny Chen. The seminar attracted a great deal of interest, drawing a full house of high-net-worth investors and financial planning enthusiasts.

On May 16, 2025, the "2025 New Situation Corporate Tax Strategy" seminar was successfully held in Vancouver, hosted by BMO Bank Richmond Head Office and co-organized by Ekon Group. The "Canadian Property Tax Elite Summit" hosted by Ekon Financial Services Group was successfully held in Richmond on April 15, 2025. With the theme of "Insight into Tax Policies and Win the Future with Wisdom", the summit attracted real estate investors, landlords and financial and tax law professionals to discuss the latest policy trends and response strategies of Canadian property taxes.
