Happy Women's Day - Empowering Women's Financial and Tax Wisdom and Strength In The New Era
On the evening of March 7, 2025, the Chinese Canadian Women's Federation held a grand International Women's Day and Outstanding Mother Award Ceremony at the Superstar Stage in Richmond, BC. Huaxing International Immigration sponsored the festival with platinum sponsorship from Ekon Financial Services Group. That night, the Superstar Stage was bustling with people, and the female guests came in their best clothes. People were in high spirits and the venue was full of guests. Tong Xu, President of the Chinese Canadian Women's Federation, Xu Xuhong, Executive President, and Li Jingchen, Executive President, warmly welcomed the arrival of guests from all walks of life: Huang Chen Xiaoping, Member of the Privy Council of Canada, Qu Jiebing, Member of the BC Provincial Parliament, Chu Yuanzheng, Executive Chairman of the Chinese Canadian Community Council, Niu Hua, President of the Chinese Canadian Federation, Hong Qijing, Executive Vice Chairman of the Community Council (special sponsor), Zheng Xiaoling, President of the Canadian International Trade Promotion Council (special sponsor), Sun Jian, Advisor of the Canadian International Trade Promotion Council, Ding Yongqin, Executive President, Kou Hongjiu (Steven Kou), President of Ekon Financial Services Group, Jason Wong, President of Huaxing International Immigration Education, and others gathered together with the award-winning mothers and members of the Women's Federation.
At the opening of the International Women's Day and Outstanding Mothers Award Ceremony, Mr. Hongjiu (Steven) Kou, a famous Canadian finance and tax expert, gave a wonderful tax knowledge lecture to the guests. As a senior certified public accountant and president of Ekon Wealth Group, Mr. Kou combined the special needs of women in family financial management and business investment to explain practical contents such as family tax planning, education fund allocation and small business tax optimization in an easy-to-understand way. His professional financial and tax insights and vivid case analysis inspired the mothers present, not only improving everyone's financial and tax awareness, but also providing professional guidance for modern women in family financial management and business investment. This unique lecture added a professional color to the ceremony and also demonstrated the wisdom and strength of women in the new era in the fields of family financial management and business investment.
